Kenzo Sudo
President, CEO
Kenzo
provides visionary leadership and manages all of ADVAN's
business activities, including company growth, corporate
funding and development of business and technical strategies.
In
1982, Kenzo started his business while he was in San
Jose State University. As an entrepreneur and using
his Electronics Engineer background from Japan, he
decided to start marketing memory products from strategic
partners, OKI (Japan) and Panasonic Semiconductors
(Japan). He successfully sold products to Advanced
Micro Devices (VME Dev) and Telenova, reaching 19 million
dollars in sales by 1995.
Kenzo has consulted for major
Japanese firms such as NKK Japan providing new technology
information and advice for the development of future
semiconductor factories.
Utilizing his years of technical
experience and expertise in the semiconductor industry,
he lead his company to venture into the marketing and
development of TFT/LCD Flat Panel display products
reaching out to the medical market.
Kenzo continues
to seek and develop new technology which will enhance
the TFT/LCD Flat Panel display to meet the unique requirements
of the medical market.
Kimiko Sudo
Chief Operations Officer, Senior Vice President
Kimiko Sudo provides critical administrative leadership to ADVAN, overseeing all phases of Operations including finance and accounting.
Kimiko Sudo has over 10 years of experience as a financial executive with American Express Japan and Pacific Data Group in San Jose. She has been with ADVAN as a consultant since 1982 and joined the team in 1997.
Hisako Shimizu
General Manager Semiconductor
Division
Hisako is responsible for ADVAN's market development and account relationship
of semiconductor division. She joined ADVAN in 1995. She holds an AA from Foothill
College.
Alan Yu
Sr. Marketing Engineer Manager
Alan manages and responsible for over all ADVAN's engineering, marketing and
custom OEM display development efforts, which includes panel technology. He is
continually on the forefront of new technology and has extended knowledge in
medical image optical requirement. He is an active member of SID and SPIE. He
holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cal State Hayward.
Dan Oh
General Manager ADVAN Korea
Dan is responsible for all of the Korea Branch operations and assists with Korean
vendor relations. Prior to joining ADVAN, he was with Korea Computer Inc in the
Overseas Sales and Marketing department, as a Project Manager for the LCD Display
in the US market as well as the Manager of Strategic Planning and Administration.
He also was a FAA Commercial Pilot at Phoenix East Aviation in Florida, USA.
and previously received his BS in Industrial Design at Myoung Ji University,
Korea.
